The ocean view is fantastic, the hotel designe and the furnitre also the lansscape arquitecture are more than excellent. Most of all we enjoyed talking to staff, they are all young and very nice.They do their best to help you if they can. With an apropiate training they would make the perfect staff for every high class hotel! Thank you Sukram!
This hotel is located in a really nice place, right at the beach, high quality construction, and super designed furniture BUT it seems that the founders ran out of money and the construction is not finished yet. One of the two buildings is half done and the other one needs still a lot of work to be complete (There are a lot of not connected electric cables come out of the walls, lifts still not working, even in some floors there are no rails in balconies (accessible to all gustsand extremely dangerous for children!!). In comun lavoratories there are still trash and empty boxes on the ground. The rooms are nice but there is no telephone installation ( they ask you to send a Whatsupp massage from your own phone if you need the room service :-D). The hotel is in an isolated area and far away from Senggigi, there is no shuttle service available, though you can take a taxi without problem. There is a restaurant but they have really limited menu for all meals (though the staff tries the best to keep you satisfied). The hotel staff is extremely nice and polite though they don't have any professional training at the level of a 4 star hotel (or too liitle or too much presence, we ordered drinks in the pool aera and our empty glases remained for 48 hours on the same table where we left them). The price we paid is really high for indonesien proportion and for a hotel in this condition (we paid about 60 Euros/night). I think this hotel has a great problem with gust management. They should at least complete the installation of the rooms that they let, finish completely all of public areas, and work seriously on security to avoid dangerous situation for guests. Also they could train their talented staff, arrange some shuttle service, and lower the prices!!

We’re so lucky to found this luxury hotel with affordable price
First after read all the reviews, we’re doubt to stay here but we’re trying to stay for 3 nights first and end up stay for one week . it’s amazing! Huge room, comfy bed! (You won’t get out from bed), nice bathub (can enjoy the sunset or watch a TV from bathub), the balcony face the ocean, complete stuff in the room as toiletries, security box, water kettle, chiller, security lock, the bathroom using toto and kohler! Good quality. Also rooftop pool and 3 others pools are amazing, private clean beach for jogging! nice food ( i ordered tom yam , ayam taliwang and club sandwich ), beer and alcohol price are cheap in the resort beach club . can ask receptionist to order taxi from the hotel to sengigi (it cost 50,000 rupiah). It feels like our private hotel
The location quite far from the main sengigi but it doesnt matter because many local minimart and food around.
